Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We use Royal Mail to deliver packages locally and FedEx or DPD for international orders. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the postie. After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. The shipping of your item (for standard shipping), excluding weekends and holidays, may take 1- 2 business days after your payment has been confirmed and processed (unless otherwise stated on the product details).

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next business day are available. All orders received before 12pm GMT will begin processing the same day; any orders placed after 12pm GMT will begin processing on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm GMT will ship the following Monday. Please be advised if you place a NEXT BUSINESS DAY order after 12 pm on Thursday or anytime on Friday you will not receive your order until Monday. AMADY is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping courier/carrier service. During the holiday season, ROYAL MAIL may experience seasonal delays, impacting delivery timelines. Free shipping on orders over £150. A signature may be required for deliveries of £250 or more.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of your order placement/purchase at hello@amady.co.uk. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Missing/Lost or Stolen Goods

AMADY is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to), or any delays by the shipping courier/carrier service. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay or issues in your order's delivery date. If the item you ordered was lost or stolen, please contact with your tracking number and details and they will be able to investigate and resolve any issues for you

Next Day (if ordered before 1pm Mon - Thur) Any order placed after 1pm on a Thursday is not guaranteed to be received until Monday.

RETURNS

You can cancel your order for a refund if the product is sent to us within 14days of receiving your order. Please note that any item returned to us outside of this 14days period will be rejected and sent back to the original address.

Your refund will be sent back to your bank account or paypal within 2 days of receiving your order and may take some days to be processed by your bank

Items must be in the original branded packaging to avoid a £5 stocking fee being deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee availability of the same item at the time of exchange.

Please note that:

Returned Products should be sent back to us in their original condition, together with the original packaging, clothing tag and security band untampered with.

All Products are inspected on return. When trying on clothing, please be careful with the Product (e.g. don’t apply excessive force when pulling zips) and don’t wear products that could mark or scent a Product (such as make-up, perfume, deodorant, cologne, etc.).

Returned Products must be unworn and unwashed.

We will not accept returned Products that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the Products are stained or otherwise marked or damaged.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping to return the item.

If a Product is returned to us that has been worn, used, damaged, or is otherwise in an unsaleable condition, a refund will be refused.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale

PR items, Free gifts, promotional items, worn items, pop-up shop sales.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we will not issue a credit.
